Enable dedicated IIS application pool in Plesk for Windows Print

Note: this is only applicable to Plesk ≤11.5 or an install that was upgraded from Plesk ≤11.5. Plesk 12 and newer creates per-subscription application pools by default.

Enable dedicated IIS app pool for an individual subscription:

%plesk_bin%\subscription.exe --set-iis-app-pool-settings <subscription_name> -iis-app-pool-turned-on true
