Enable write-permissions under Plesk Windows hosting

For accounts with Plesk v12 or newer:

- Once logged into your control panel, go to the "Files" tab and browse to the file/directory in question.

- Hover your mouse pointer over the file/directory -- you will notice a small "down-arrow" button to the right.  Click this and select "Change Permissions".

- Click to select the user account "Application pool group (IWPG_youraccount)".

- Click the "Allow" checkbox for "Full Control".

- Click OK to save changes.



For accounts with Plesk v11.5 :

- Once logged into your control panel, go to the "Files" tab and browse to the file/directory in question.

- Hover your mouse pointer over the file/directory -- you will notice a small "down-arrow" button to the right.  Click this and select "Change Permissions".

- Click to select the appropriate user account.  In the case of ASP, PHP, or Perl scripts select "Plesk IIS User".  In the case of ASP.NET scripts select "Plesk IIS WP User".

- Click the "Allow" checkbox for "Full Control".

- Click OK to save changes.



For accounts with Plesk v11.0 or older:

- Once logged into your control panel, go to Websites & Domains -> File Manager

- Browse to the file/directory in question.  Click it's padlock icon to the far-right to edit permissions.

- Click to select the appropriate user account.  In the case of ASP, PHP, or Perl scripts select "Plesk IIS User".  In the case of ASP.NET scripts select "Plesk IIS WP User".

- Click the "Allow" checkbox for "Full Control".

- Click OK to save changes.
