In order to password protect a directory in the Cloud Control panel, select "Websites" from the top navigation bar.
then the domain that you wish to protect.
From here, select "Private Folders".
Then "Add New Folder".
- Assign a name to the password protected directory. (This is the name visitors will see. It can appear as anything, no matter what the directory is called.)
- Select the folder you wish to password protect.
- Hit the "Protect Folder" button
Once this is complete, you can now click the "Add New User" icon.
and add user access to the protected directory.
