In order to change your domain's contact information, you need to log in to your client portal and perform the below-mentioned steps:
- Login to your client portal
- Click On Active Domains
- Click on the line for the domain you are wanting to update.
- On the manage menu on the left click on Contact Information.
- Fill all the required details and click on Save Changes
NOTE: After changing the details, allow 24-48 hours for global DNS propagation
