In order to change your domain's contact information, you need to log in to your client portal and perform the below-mentioned steps:

  1. Login to your client portal
  2. Click On Active Domains 
  3. Click on the line for the domain you are wanting to update.
  4. On the manage menu on the left click on Contact Information.
  5. Fill all the required details and click on Save Changes

NOTE: After changing the details, allow 24-48 hours for global DNS propagation
