  • 0

DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) adds a digital signature to your outgoing messages. This helps receiving mail servers confirm that the message was sent from your domain and has not been altered in transit.

Follow the steps below to enable DKIM and publish the required DNS record.

Enable DKIM for Your Email Domain

  1. Log in to your Cloud Control Panel.

  2. Click Email Domains in the left menu.

  3. Click the Manage button for the email domain.

  4. Click the Mail / DKIM Settings button under the E-Mail Addresses section.

  5. Set DKIM Enabled to Enabled (if not already) and save.

  6. Copy the TXT Record Name.

  7. Copy the TXT Record Value.

  8. Done.

Add the DKIM Record to DNS (if your DNS is with Sectorlink)

  1. Log in to your Cloud Control Panel.

  2. Click DNS Zones in the left menu.

  3. Click the Configure button for the domain.

  4. Click Add Record.

  5. Set the Record Type to TXT.

  6. Paste the Record Name from step 6 above into the Domain Name field.

  7. Paste the TXT Record Value from step 7 above into the Data field.

  8. Click Save Record.

  9. Click the yellow Save Changes button.

  10. Done.

✅ Your DKIM record is now active. DNS changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate worldwide.
