My ISP Blocks port 25 and I Cannot Send Mail Print

  • 2

If your ISP blocks port 25 we have setup an alternative port for you to use. Depending on your account you will need to change the SMTP port setting to port 2525 or port 587 rather then 25. This should allow you to send mail using your email client and not have to use your ISP's mail server.
